Empowerment & Progress: New Idea Group Concludes Special Training “Iron Army Program: High-Efficiency Workplace Communication”

Talents constitute the core foundation for an enterprise’s long-term development. As it forges ahead, New Idea Group consistently prioritizes talent development, competency enhancement and efficiency improvement. It keeps building a systematic employee growth and training system to comprehensively strengthen all staff’s professional capabilities and comprehensive soft skills.

To resolve common workplace pain points including communication barriers, work reporting, client liaison and crisis handling, and cultivate a professional iron army team adept at active listening, effective expression and public relations management, the company invited distinguished gold-medal lecturer Jin Dawei from Zhiyuan Enterprise on July 25 to deliver the special in-house training Iron Army Program: Master High-Efficiency Workplace Communication. The training equipped business personnel with immersive learning covering underlying logic and practical tools for workplace communication.

Built on the professional framework Iron Army Program: Eight Cultivations for Workplace Elites, the curriculum falls into three core modules: Active Listening, Effective Reporting and Crisis Public Relations. Integrating theories with real commercial cases, on-site scenario drills and one-on-one hands-on practice, the training avoids empty abstract theories and delivers actionable methodologies applicable to daily work.

Session 1: Advanced Active Listening – Understand Others’ Needs & Build Trust

The training opened with a core insight: communication is not merely about being eloquent, but about building trust, and listening holds the initiative in all communication.

  1. The 3E Active Listening Model: Disassemble counterparts’ demands from three layers – emotion, fact and expectation; address emotions before tackling practical issues.
  2. Three Progressive Stages of Listening: Step out of one’s own perspective, shift to the other party’s standpoint, and ultimately reach mutual consensus, drastically reducing communication conflicts between superiors and subordinates, clients and colleagues.
  3. System for Cultivating Client Trust: Establish client confidence from three dimensions – corporate platform, personal expertise and product value, gradually guiding clients from initial willingness to trust, to full entrustment, and deep long-term reliance.
  4. Practical communication tools: The 4W Fact Verification Method and the Three-Step Praise Formula (Facts + Feelings + Questions). Trainees completed live scenario exercises covering upward communication, dispute mediation and client comfort.

The lecturer emphasized throughout the session: Top-tier professionals devote 80% of their energy to fostering trust, with only 20% reserved for deal closure. Dismissing others’ emotions equals dismissing the individuals themselves; empathy and respect lay the foundation for all collaboration.

Session 2: Advanced Structured Reporting – Clear Logic & Result-Oriented Delivery

Targeting prevalent pitfalls such as unfocused reports, vague priorities and unquantifiable achievements, the lecturer introduced two universal structured expression frameworks:

  1. The Total-Part-Total Reporting Model, adhering to four rules: lead with conclusions, maintain logical alignment between general statements and supporting details, categorize information clearly and ensure progressive reasoning. Restrict core reporting highlights to no more than three for concise, impactful delivery.
  2. The PREP Universal Expression Formula: Point of view (P) – Reasoning (R) – Evidence & Cases (E) – Restated Point of view (P), suited for impromptu speeches, opinion sharing and work reviews across all scenarios.
  3. Three Standards for Outcome Definition: All reported results must feature clear timelines, tangible value and quantifiable data. Minimize subjective descriptions and adopt measurable indicators to clearly demonstrate work contributions.

By comparing real-life communication cases between supervisors and subordinates, trainees practiced team-based work reporting to rapidly fix logical flaws in expression, streamlining all upward updates and cross-departmental coordination.

Session 3: Advanced Crisis Public Relations – Poised Response to High-Risk Scenarios

Focusing on challenging situations including client objections, public opinion controversies, supervisor criticism and sudden disputes, the training unpacked core underlying principles of professional crisis public relations:

  • The Law of Divided Escalation: Arguing amid conflicts only deepens confrontation.
  • Four Core Pillars of Crisis PR: Timely apology, transparent root cause explanation, concrete solution provision and clear stance declaration.
  • Guiding Principle: Pacify emotions first before resolving issues; avoid lecturing or confronting stakeholders head-on, as sincerity always outweighs rhetorical skills.

Trainees conducted simulation exercises based on well-known brand PR incidents and scenarios of receiving managerial criticism, learning to stabilize their tone amid conflicts, resolve issues appropriately and safeguard both corporate and personal professional reputations.

Breaking the mold of one-way lecturing, the training incorporated diverse interactive segments: workplace listening assessments, group scenario simulations, live script drills and in-depth case analysis. Drawing on authentic work scenarios such as client negotiations, team conflict mediation, work briefings and sudden complaints, the lecturer provided real-time feedback and corrections, enabling trainees to master reusable communication tools on the spot.

Participants shared that the training directly addressed their daily communication hurdles, offering clear, implementable solutions for common struggles: unfocused reporting, difficulty building rapport with clients and confusion over conflict resolution. They pledged to integrate the 3E Listening Model, PREP Reporting Framework and crisis PR protocols into all business and management workflows moving forward.

(Group Photograph Attached)This special training marks a key component of New Idea Group’s regular talent empowerment initiative. The company firmly believes employees’ comprehensive literacy forms the enterprise’s core competitiveness, and continuous learning and growth fuel steady team progress. May all participating staff take this training as a new starting point, internalize knowledge and translate it into practical action, turning effective communication into tangible business results. Hand in hand with New Idea Group, they will forge ahead toward a new development journey!

As 2026 draws to its halfway point, the mid and senior management teams of New Idea Group gathered in Lijiang, Yunnan Province, holding a three-day mid-year summary conference and team-building retreat at InterContinental Lijiang Ancient Town Resort.

We draw insights from conference reviews and unite team spirit amid snow mountains and ancient towns. This trip integrated strategic discussions, team cultivation and relaxing cultural experiences. All management staff aligned their mindsets and reached consensus amid stunning natural scenery, building robust momentum for high-quality development in the second half of the year.

The 2026 mid-year summary conference officially kicked off on July 18, centered on the core theme Review and Refine, Unite and Forge Ahead, with two key agendas. Heads of each department took the stage in turn to deliver in-depth reports covering business indicators, project implementation, team development and existing weaknesses. They reviewed performance with concrete data, confronted development bottlenecks head-on, thoroughly analyzed pain points and obstacles in business operations, and openly shared work experience. Through comprehensive reviews, teams identified deficiencies and summarized applicable practical expertise.

Based on the overall business performance of the first half of the year, General Manager Mr.Zhang refined the group’s overall development strategy for the second half. He clarified core targets for each business segment, progress schedules for key projects, resource allocation plans and assessment criteria. Clear action road maps and targeted priorities ensured all management cadres shared identical goals and coordinated execution.

At the end of the conference, all participants took a group photo to record this precious moment, a solid testimony to their joint dedication. That evening, an exclusive warm dinner was hosted by the hotel. Amid toasts and conversations, everyone relieved daily work stress and narrowed gaps between cross-regional teams. After dark, colleagues toured Dayan Ancient Town together, discussing work and future plans under the glowing lanterns of Sifang Street.

Strategies are formulated on paper, while team cohesion is forged amid mountains and rivers. On July 19, the entire management team visited Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Blue Moon Valley, pushing personal limits and boosting team solidarity amid magnificent natural landscapes.

Early in the morning, the group departed by chartered bus for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, the northernmost permanent snow mountain range close to the equator in the Northern Hemisphere. Upon arriving at Ganhaizi, they overlooked the full view of the snow mountain before taking the large cable car to the 4,680-meter viewing platform, standing face to face with towering glaciers. On the high plateau, colleagues supported and reminded one another, slowing their pace to alleviate altitude sickness. Standing atop the snow mountain, they challenged their limits together, embodying the fearless and collaborative fighting spirit of all New Idea employees.

In the afternoon, the group headed to Blue Moon Valley, known as “Little Jiuzhaigou”. Crystal clear turquoise water cascades in layers, with snow-capped mountains mirrored across the lake surface. Everyone wandered along wooden boardwalks to take photos, unwind and exchange thoughts. Immersed in pristine nature, they released work pressure, broke down departmental barriers and strengthened mutual bonds.

After the full-day mountain excursion, the team returned to the resort uniformly. They enjoyed free leisure time strolling the ancient town, reflecting calmly at a gentle pace to recharge for upcoming work.

On July 20, the final day of the trip featured a leisurely tour of Shuhe Ancient Town. Less bustling than Dayan Ancient Town, Shuhe retains authentic primitive Naxi folk vibes, lined with bluestone alleys and scattered traditional dwellings. Participants roamed freely to fully experience Naxi culture and local customs, wrapping up the Lijiang trip in a laid-back atmosphere.

This three-day Lijiang journey balanced rigorous, down-to-earth strategic seminars with team bonding embraced by mountains and rivers.

In the second half of 2026, all management cadres of New Idea Group will return to their posts with ideas and gains from this conference. With clearer goals, more pragmatic actions and stronger unity, they will lead their teams to spare no effort in hitting full-year targets, unite to forge ahead, and jointly draw a brand-new development blueprint for the Group!

As the traditional Dragon Boat Festival draws near, to carry forward the warmth of folk customs, fulfill social responsibilities, and earnestly care for vulnerable groups in the community, volunteer representatives from New Idea Group visited Siji Garden Community to launch a charity condolence activity themed “Warmth for Dragon Boat Festival, Care for the Community”. Through heartfelt acts, they extended festive greetings and best wishes to underprivileged residents and senior Party members in the neighborhood.

During the visit, charity representatives from New Idea Group, community staff and resident Party leaders paid door-to-door visits to disadvantaged households and elderly Party members. They delivered daily necessities including rice, cooking oil and milk, bringing tangible care to residents. At every household, the delegation chatted warmly with the residents, carefully asking about their physical health, daily routines and living conditions, patiently listening to their genuine needs and learning about practical difficulties they encountered in life. They also kindly reminded residents to take precautions against heatstroke amid changeable summer weather and take good care of themselves. They assured residents that they could turn to the community for any hardships in life. New Idea Group will keep cooperating with Siji Garden Community to provide regular assistance and support, wholeheartedly helping residents resolve troubles.

Every package of supplies carries sincere goodwill, and every greeting conveys tender compassion. The genuine care and cordial conversations filled the visited residents with warmth and gratitude. They expressed sincere thanks to New Idea Group and the community for the thoughtful gesture. Many said the Dragon Boat Festival condolence supplies eased their daily living burdens, and made them truly feel the concern from the enterprise and the community, filling the traditional festival with heartfelt warmth.

Giving back to society and boosting people’s livelihood development is the enduring mission of New Idea Group. Beyond offline home visits, the Group never stops its public welfare efforts. Department 356 of the company took the initiative to donate to a special project on the official WeChat account of the Red Cross Society of China. The donated funds are designated for the “Seedling Protection Campaign” — a public welfare program caring for minors, to safeguard the healthy growth of young people. The department has received an official donation certificate, embodying the corporate sense of social responsibility through concrete actions.

In the future, New Idea Group will stay committed to its public welfare mission, regularly participate in community supportive services and joint charity programs. It will keep building warm assistance platforms and improve long-term support mechanisms. Meanwhile, the Group will deepen comprehensive cooperation with Siji Garden Community, focus on residents’ most urgent and practical difficulties, deliver tangible services and solve problems for residents, and contribute to building a warm, harmonious and happy community through consistent public welfare practices.

The 2026 Shaoxing International Garment Supply Chain Expo, a 3-day grand event, has drawn to a successful close. As a large-scale and influential professional expo covering the entire garment industrial chain in the Yangtze River Delta, this exhibition brought together high-quality fabric enterprises, ready-to-wear brands, original manufacturers, purchasing distributors and upstream & downstream industry partners from across the country. Serving as an industrial hub, the expo connected industrial resources, smoothed commercial trade links, discussed new industry trends, and jointly mapped out a new blueprint for high-quality development of the garment industry.

New Idea Group made a remarkable appearance at this grand event, showcasing its full lineup of brand-new styles for 2026. With distinctive design concepts, sophisticated and mature production techniques, premium and stable fabric selection, diversified product styles as well as a complete and well-established supply chain system, the Group fully demonstrated its solid strength and product competitiveness built through years of dedicated cultivation in the garment industry.

Boasting rich categories and diverse styles, our products can fully cater to varied market demands including different brand positioning, multi-channel procurement and customized development. Right after debuting at the expo venue, they drew numerous merchants to stop by for visits and inquiries.

We held in-depth face-to-face discussions and detailed negotiations with industry peers, brand buyers, channel partners and long-time industry friends traveling from afar. Our on-site staff patiently introduced the design highlights, product strengths, supply chain system, customization services and diversified cooperation models to every visiting merchant. Every pause for appreciation stands for recognition of our products; every round of in-depth communication creates opportunities for cooperation; every inquiry built on trust fuels our progress. During the expo, countless merchants stopped to examine our new collections and enquired about cooperation details. In the first quarter of 2026, NEW IDEA Group anchored its global layout and consolidated its business foundation with steady strides. In the second quarter, we will ride the momentum, focus on deepening our efforts in the European market, and join hands with global partners for mutual success with a more open mindset and professional services. Today, let us review the growth journey of Q1 and look forward to the striving blueprint for Q2.

In the first quarter, the Group prioritized supply chain optimization, customer deep cultivation and team empowerment in its work. On the team front, we enhanced professional capabilities and a global perspective through market analysis and discussions, and strengthened cross-departmental collaboration to form a closed-loop work system. In terms of basic support, we improved supply chain management, optimized inventory and quality control, and promoted the upgrade of digital office work. We solidified the foundation with standardized and regulated operations, laying a solid groundwork for achieving the annual goals.

Moreover, in March, the Merchandise teams of NEW IDEA Group went on overseas customer visits and business negotiations in two batches. The in-depth face-to-face communication deepened cooperation and explored new development opportunities, which became a key highlight of the Group’s business development in Q1.

The first team traveled to three countries: Brazil, Italy and Portugal. Italy serves as a crucial pivot for the Group’s in-depth development in the European market. The business team held in-depth exchanges with core local customers, discussing product design innovation, fabric R&D, brand cooperation and other topics, laying a solid foundation for subsequent customized cooperation. As an important trade hub in Southern Europe, Portugal saw the team negotiate with local partners on cross-border trade and localized channel expansion, building a new bridge for the Group to develop the Iberian Peninsula market. As a core market in South America, Brazil witnessed the team focus on local consumer demand and industry trends, and explore cooperation models such as supply chain optimization and product localization adaptation with customers, laying a solid foundation for the Group’s expansion in the South American market.

The second team visited three major markets: France, Poland and Spain. As a core consumer market in Western Europe, France boasts a solid consumption foundation and a mature business environment, serving as an important pivot for the Group to deepen its presence in Western Europe and expand its influence across Europe. The Spanish market demonstrates strong consumer vitality and serves as a key node for the Group to expand into Southern Europe. During the visits, the team focused on core areas such as channel development, marketing promotion and order delivery with partners, and reached preliminary consensus on the cooperation plan for the second half of 2026, further expanding the Group’s business landscape in Southern and Western Europe and injecting new impetus into market penetration. Located at the heart of Eastern Europe, Poland acts as an important springboard for the Group’s layout in Central and Eastern Europe. The business team held in-depth discussions with local clients, accurately identified the demand characteristics and competitive landscape of the Eastern European market, and explored cooperation directions including supply chain coordination and localized operations, accumulating valuable experience for the Group to explore the Eastern European market and foster new growth drivers.

This overseas customer visit to multiple countries is not only an in-depth face-to-face exchange, but also a practical embodiment of the Group’s customer-centric and market-oriented philosophy. Through on-site visits, we have gained a more intuitive understanding of the global market dynamics, narrowed the distance with customers, and laid a solid foundation for subsequent business expansion and cooperation upgrading. We firmly believe that NEW IDEA Group will ride the wind and waves to achieve greater success!

In 2026, NEW IDEA Group continues to embrace the world with an open attitude, proactively connecting to global market opportunities, and further expanding its overseas business footprint. With pragmatic efforts to deepen client partnerships and professional capabilities to seize new tracks in overseas markets, the Group injects strong impetus into its international development.

In February, our core Merchandise team set off for Russia, kicking off the Group’s first overseas expansion of the new year. As a pivotal market spanning Eurasia, Russia has long been a key region in NEW IDEA Group’s overseas layout due to its unique geographical advantages and vast consumer potential. During the trip, adhering to the philosophy of Sincere Communication and Pragmatic Win-Win Cooperation, the team visited key local partners one by one, held in-depth discussions with clients to fully understand their latest demands, market pain points and future cooperation plans, and comprehensively presented the Group’s core products, service advantages and 2026 business layout.

Both parties reached multiple consensuses on deepening existing cooperation, expanding new product supply and optimizing service processes, further consolidating the long-term and stable partnership, and laying a solid foundation for exploring potential demands and new growth points in the Russian market.

The team also conducted research on the local market environment, industry trends and policy guidelines, providing first-hand references for the Group’s precise layout in Russia.

After successfully completing the business visit in Russia, the team departed again in early March for Chile, launching an expansion tour in the Latin American market. In recent years, economic and trade cooperation between Chile and China has kept warming up with steady growth in bilateral trade volume. As an important economy in Latin America, Chile boasts a mature business environment and broad market space, making it a critical entry point for NEW IDEA Group to expand into Latin America.

During the stay in Chile, the team intensively met with high-quality local clients and potential partners, fully demonstrating NEW IDEA Group’s product strength, supply chain advantages and international service capabilities. It elaborated on how the Group provides one-stop solutions for overseas clients, covering design, R&D, manufacturing and global supply chain integration of apparel and accessories. In response to consumption preferences in the Chilean market, the team highlighted fashion apparel tailored to the local market, and discussed product optimization and cooperation models with clients in line with local aesthetics and wearing needs.

From Russia to Chile, from Eurasia to Latin America, these two overseas trips are both pragmatic practices of NEW IDEA Group’s deep engagement in global markets and a vivid reflection of the Group’s internationalization strategy. Every departure is for better progress; every visit is for deeper cooperation. Going forward, NEW IDEA Group will continue to focus on client needs, constantly optimize products and services, forge steadily ahead on the path of global layout, and join hands with global partners to build a new future of win-win cooperation!
