At the beginning of 2024, all departments of our company are exerting full effort to seize the market, secure orders, and keep production busy, striving for a prosperous start to the new year. We are well aware that while some products can be showcased online, many samples need to be not only visible but also touchable and try-onable for customers to truly understand the quality and place orders effectively.
The end of the year and the beginning of a new year is a critical time for foreign trade enterprises to secure orders for the upcoming year. Therefore, ourMerchandise team at the headquarters had already embarked on a 20-day visit to South African clients as early as the sixth day of the Lunar New Year.
This “New Year operation” is not only aimed at acquiring new clients and exploring new markets but also at closely maintaining relationships with existing clients. At the beginning of the year, we will encounter many new situations and challenges, and we must be personally involved in addressing them. Moreover, acquiring new clients is akin to launching a new campaign, where the competition is not just about the strength and scale of the company but more importantly about the persistence and determination of the sales personnel.
Trade shows serve as crucial links between domestic and international markets. OurMerchandise team is particularly focused on seizing the opportunity presented by the visit to South Africa, actively participating in key international trade shows overseas to seize more opportunities.
Merchandise teamalso began a visit to Russian clients at the end of February. The aim is to strengthen ongoing business collaboration with clients, explore new business opportunities and directions, meticulously plan and seize opportunities, and make full efforts to create a new situation in the foreign trade market for 2024.
In order to adapt to the constantly changing market and meet customized customer demands,Merchandise team has organized relevant business personnel to visit Russia based on customer feedback and issues encountered during the production process. They have met face-to-face with clients to reexamine the production processes for various products, analyze key production stages, and conduct a series of operations aimed at further enhancing product quality, improving production efficiency, and reducing production costs.
At the same time, each department in 2024 will concentrate human resources, material resources, and technological advantages to address shortcomings, amplify strengths, and focus on enhancing areas of expertise. Efforts will be made to ensure the lean projects are successful and drive the development of new projects, working together to achieve tangible results.
