To help newly recruited business assistants integrate into the team quickly and build an efficient communication bridge, NEW IDEA GROUP carefully organized the “Moving Forward Hand in Hand, Embarking on a New Journey — Assistant Forum” on November 29th. All business assistants gathered together to communicate, learn and gather strength in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
At the beginning of the forum, the host enthusiastically introduced the theme, purpose and participants of the meeting, and extended the most sincere welcome to the new employees. To break the unfamiliarity, a warm ice-breaking game was launched. Everyone actively shared, quickly got to know each other amid laughter, and laid a solid foundation for in-depth exchanges later.
A representative from the Human Resources Department took the stage to share the company’s development history, core values, strategic planning and future vision, and elaborated on the company’s expectations and training philosophy for new employees. Then, focusing on the core of employee care, the meeting systematically explained key information such as the company’s attendance system, salary and welfare system, training and development system, and corporate cultural activities. The rich and practical content cleared up many doubts of new employees in work and life, making them more confident about their future work and growth path.
The forum specially invited two senior employee representatives who are about to be promoted to salesmen to share their experiences. Combining their own adaptation experiences in the early stage of employment, they unreservedly shared practical insights such as “skills to quickly familiarize themselves with business” and “methods to solve work problems”. They conveyed warmth and strength through real growth stories, which greatly inspired the new employees.
In the free question-and-answer session, new employees actively spoke up and raised doubts about work practice, career development, life security and other aspects. Colleagues from the Human Resources Department and senior employees listened patiently and answered in detail. Whether it was raising hands to ask questions or anonymous note questions, every doubt received targeted responses. The open and inclusive communication atmosphere allowed everyone to speak freely, truly achieving “answering all questions and resolving doubts with warmth”.
